Empowerment Starts Here at ADHD Assist. We are a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing practical and hands-on support for neuro diverse professionals and students, including those with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia. Our mission is to help you improve executive functioning, build daily momentum and ultimately achieve your personal and professional goals that contribute to a world where neurodivergent individuals can thrive. We are committed to making our services accessible, offering affordable and in some cases pro bono support to those who need it most.
